By integrating what used to be ENVIRGY into STRABAG AG’s Environmental Technology division, we are now able to offer complete systems in the area of thermal waste utilization. This encompasses everything from waste treatment to energy management and flue gas cleaning. In parallel, this step has also enabled STRABAG AG to further extend its strategic Environmental Technology business.
Market segments within STRABAG Environmental Technology are mainly:
- SCR DeNOx plants for the reduction of nitric oxide emissions from stationary emission sources
- Semi-dry and wet flue gas cleaning for eliminating acidic components from municipal and industrial waste material
- Engineering services and delivery of key components for combined denitrification and desulphurization SNOXTM plants, in cooperation with Haldor Topsoe A/S
Our flue gas cleaning systems enable our customers to reduce air pollution from NOX, SO2, dust, fluorides, hydrochloric compounds, dioxins and furans. Thanks to our know-how, users of our systems make a substantial contribution to keeping our environment clean.
Our staff has accumulated more than 20 years of special experience in SCR DeNOx systems for the extraction of nitrogen oxide and dioxin.
Our portfolio of products and services spans reagent supply systems and catalyst management.
Our customers include builders and operators of thermal power plants, waste incinerators and industrial plants in Europe, Asia and North America. In these continents we have either established an office or are present through a licensed partner.
